NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on January 28, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-004058-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff and DONALD P. STRAUB, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of March, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 207, LAKE TIPPECANOE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO AMENDED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 987, PAGES 114 THROUGH 126, AND AS PER AMENDED PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 28, 28-A THROUGH 28-H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
