Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida on March 8, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described herein:
LOTS 19462, 19463, 19464 & 19465, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 74, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 72 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Property or its address is commonly known as 4407 Meridian Road, Venice Florida 34293.
