NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on February 11, 2013, in case number 2008-CA-011219-NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Iberiabank, as successor to Century Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Freddy E. Orjuela, Sr., Paula A. Orjuela, Neal Loth, Valerie Loth, Cocinettas Cabinetry Group, LLC, Miller Brothers Contractors, Inc., Custom Air, Inc., Clifton Consolidated Corporation of Florida, Marazul Building Company, LLC, Aqua Services, Inc., ASI Title, Inc., Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, TENANT #1, the name being fictitious to account for parties in possession,TENANT #2, the name being fictitious to account for parties in
possession, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 18th day of March, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in the said Final Judgment, to wit:
