NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-002353-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CEDO SPASOVSKI; MARY JANE SPASOVSKI A/K/A MARY J SPASOVSKI; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TUSCANA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JEANNE FALCO are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 19 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
