NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure of SunTrust Bank entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, on March 11, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
LOT 1830, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES UNIT SEVEN PHASE II, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 127 AND 128 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Property or its address is located on a street commonly known as 3139 Munson Street, New Port Richey, Florida 34655.
