NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-000816-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and ERIC MCVEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 776 of the proposed plat of PALM TERRACE GARDENS UNIT 4, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 727, Page 275, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and taxes for the year 2005 and thereafter.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
