Myers, Florida, Linda Doggett Clerk of the Circuit court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 4th day of March, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 15, UNIT 2, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
