Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 17, PASADENA PINES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for case, except as set forth hereinafter, on MAY 6, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at HYPERLINK http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale
