NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 1 day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-058762, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Indymac Federal Bank is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY RAJTEROWSKI, NATIONAL CITY BANK, CAROL RAJTEROWSKI and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32 AND THE WEST HALF (W 1/2) OF LOT 33, BLOCK D, SHELL MOUND PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
