NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-008004-XXXX-WS (J3), of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL VITALE, JOANN VITALE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
