NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 2, 2009, entered in Case No. 08-CA-055916 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2006-20, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-20 is the Plaintiff and Robert A. Saiz; Kelley S. Saiz; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; Tropical Cove Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 8 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, TROPICAL COVE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 55 THROUGH 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
