MYERS, 377.45 FEET EASTERLY FROM THE EASTERLY SIDE OF HOUGH STREET; AND RUNNING THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF SECOND STREET 60 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES FROM SECOND STREET 200 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY PARALLEL WITH SECOND STREET, A DISTANCE OF 60 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES TO SECOND STREET 200 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BEING A PART OF BLOCK 15 OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS HOMESTEAD OF JAMES EVANS, RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 23.
