BOOK 782, PAGE 1396 AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
