BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MOHAMMAD FARID SOBH; ALYA SOBH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TOWNHOMES AT STONEYBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 11 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: :
UNIT NO.1701, IN BUILDING NO.17 OF TOWNHOMES AT STONEYBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #2007000198883, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
