NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-050989, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC IMSC MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-HOA1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HOA1 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and JAMES CINTRON A/K/A JAMES CHRISTOPHER CINTRON; KRISTINA CINTRON A/K/A KRISTINA JOY CINTRON; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 11 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: :
LOT 13, BLOCK 6, UNIT 6, LEHIGH ESTATES, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
