U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2006-18N is Plaintiff and JOEL MARTINEZ; MARGARET MARTINEZ are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 11 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: :
LOT 29, BLOCK 7, SECTION 3, UNIT 2, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS WATERWAY ESTATES OF FORT MYERS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 44 AND 45, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
