NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-011432ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR11 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and KELLEY MCMAHON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLEY MCMAHON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTATION SYSTEMS, INC.; SOUTHSTAR FUNDING LLC; STRAITON AT BALLANTRAE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; BALLANTRAE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 13th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 8, BALLANTRAE VILLAGE 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 53 THROUGH 66, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
