NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-005172-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Corey L. Wurtz and Rebecca S. Wurtz, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on March 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 38, BLOCK 8, THE LAKES AT NORTHWOOD PHASE 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37 PAGES 89-91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
