NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-006220 DIV. K of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL POWELL A/K/A MICHAEL E. POWELL; SONIA POWELL A/K/A SONIA A. POWELL; BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ADA SERVICES CORPORATION F/K/A H&R BLOCK MORTGAGE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on MARCH 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, BLOCK A, BOYETTE CREEK PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 31-1 AND 31-2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
