NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-011958 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE A. HOMAN A/K/A CHRISTINE HOMAN; WILLIAM M. HOMAN A/K/A WILLIAM HOMAN; COVINGTON PARK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on MARCH 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 13, COVINGTON PARK PHASE 3A/3B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
