NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 14, 2013, and a Final Summary Judgment dated January 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-003809, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and CELESTINO CARBALLO JR.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CELESTINO CARBALLO JR. N/K/A CAROL CARBALLO; JADE AT TAMPA PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 1st day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 9, UNIT 928, JADE AT TAMPA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED ON OCTOBER 19, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17086, PAGE 0283, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS THERETO, ALONG WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
