THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 7207, OF OXFORD PLACE AT TAMPA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM (“CONDOMINIUM”), ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATON OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (“DECLARATION”), RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOKS 16175, PAGES 0218 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION.
