NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the final summary judgment of foreclosure entered on January 15, 2013, in Case No. 08-CA-026980 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which PATRICIA A. KOZICKI, STEPHEN E. ROBINSON PLUMBING, INC., and F.L. FULGHUM DESIGN BUILDERS, INC. are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, will sell at a public sale the following described real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
3105 W. Paxton Ave., Tampa, FL 33616 and bearing Parcel ID A-10-30-18-3YV-000002-00025.0 and Folio Number 134130-0000 and more particularly described as Lot 25, Block 2, Macdill Heights according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 53, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The sale will be held online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 5, 2013 beginning at 10:00A.M. to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with Section
45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
