NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 5, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-007517-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-1, HOME EQUITY PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and BILLY E. PECK; CONSTANCE J. PECK; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1 N/K/A BILL SKUNK, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MRS SKUNK are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
