NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-013112 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, County Division, wherein PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM D. HARRIS a/k/a WILLIAM HARRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM D. HARRIS; RONNIE F. HARRIS a/k/a RONNIE HARRIS a/k/a RONNIE FRANCINE BOLLINGER a/k/a RONNIE F. BOLLINGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONNIE F. HARRIS; ZELLY PIERCE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURT; ROSETTA ANN LUNDY; TAKESHA ANDERSON; STATE OF FLORIDA; CAPTIAL ONE BANK, a corporation; MATILDA KENON; and UNKNOWN TENANT, are the Defendants. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on March 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
