NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-008757 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, also known as Wachovia Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, NA, formerly known as Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, formerly known as World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Mary T. Gavin, Patrick J. Gavin, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 14th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
