NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12002652CO-41 , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein is Plaintiff, THE LAKEPOINTE AT COUNTRYSIDE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and CHRISTOPHER M. BENTER is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 15, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 38, LAKE POINTE AT COUNTRYSIDE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 121, Pages 51-54, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
