NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10004268CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, BY VERICREST FINANCIAL, INC. AS ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, Plaintiff, and, JAMIE GOMEZ AKA JAIME GOMEZ, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of March, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 12, 13 AND 14, BLOCK B, ALTA VISTA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
