NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT B, BUILDING 1813, OF EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5148, PAGE 1514, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 116-120, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. With the following street address: 1813 Bough Avenue, Unit B, Clearwater, Florida, 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 1, 2013.
