Apartment No. 52, E-Southeast Wing, Building B-86, On Top Of The World, Unit Sixty-Two, A Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 66, Pages 2 through 8, inclusive, and amended in Condominium Plat Book 73, Pages 61 through 67, inclusive, being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5458, Page 1248 et seq, and amended in Official Records Book 5665, Page 1399 et seq, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, on the 20th day of March, 2013 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
