NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 19, 2012, in Case No. 09-21227-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Fifth Third Mortgage Company, is Plaintiff and Kenneth P. Mayeaux, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 19th day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 73, WEXFORD LEAS, UNIT 6-C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 12 AND 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
