NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-010599 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 05-W4, is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA HAPKE; HARRISON A. REED; WALDEN LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; PARKWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF WALDEN LAKE, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on MARCH 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 2, WALDEN LAKE UNIT 30 PHASE 1, SECTION D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
