NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs, dated January 24, 2013 and entered in Case Number: 10-CC-18774, of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ST. CHARLES PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and DAVID CARNEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID CARNEY; and ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at a public sale on the 15th of March, 2013 at 10:00 AM, after having first given notice as required, electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs, to-wit:
Lot 26, of St. Charles Place Phase 5, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 107, Page(s) 109, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
