Cooper and Kristy Cooper a/k/a Kristy S. Cooper a/k/a Kristy Nicole Stello are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, HARBOR OAKS ESTATES, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 46 - 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF PARCEL “D”, HARBOR OAKS ESTATES UNIT II, AS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5816, PAGE 399, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
