TRUST 2006- HE3 is the Plaintiff and GILBERTO ARROYO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GILBERTO ARROYO N/K/A JENNIFER CORTES; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION BY SERVICING THE SECRETARY OF STATE ACCORDING TO F1 STATUTE CHAPTER 48, 181; NORTH BAY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAY PORT COLONY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
