NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated January 31, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-025249 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2005KS10 was the Plaintiff and LOURDES REYES, ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE SOUTH 61.5 FEET OF THE NORTH 181.5 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
