NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-003764-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and DAVID B. WALKER; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; FALLON S. HINES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID B. WALKER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A SUSAN BENJAMIN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of March, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, OF W.E. RICHARDSON''S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
