NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-26653 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Adren L. Conner; Phyllis Conner; United States of America; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on March 15, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6, MAP OF MONTANA CITY, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
