NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-017842 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity Trust 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and Joseph P. Rodgers, Melanie Rodgers, Richard Bain, Infinity Trading Group, LLC, a dissolved Florida Limited Liability Company, as Trustee of the 1234 35th St. Property Trust, Trust #153116282060010110 dated June 2nd 2005, by and through its Manager, Jason Adam, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 1st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
