NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-012832, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE TERWIN MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-7 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, TMTS SERIES 2006-7 is the Plaintiff and ARMANDO D LOPEZ A/K/A ARMANDO LOPEZ, PALMA CEIA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., SUZANNE LOPEZ A/K/A SUZANNE GREEN A/K/A SUZANNE M GREEN A/K/A SUZANNE M GREEN-LOPEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 15, PALMA CEIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
