NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-016820-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's Public Auction Website, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 203, BUILDING 760, VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4829, PAGE 464, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
