NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on January 31, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 602 and undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of 610 ISLAND WAY, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 6554, Pages 1974 through 2008, inclusive, and any other amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 96, Pages 117 through 121, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 15th day of March, 2013 beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
