WIREN A/K/A NYLE WIREN; GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; INFOSUR TRADES INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 811 , GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16097, PAGE 0420, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
