NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-013801-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and KRISTIN L. TROWBRIDGE, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, IN BLOCK 2, OF JAN-CORY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, AT PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
