NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 14, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 09013795CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MAURICE G. MCCORMICK, at al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of March, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. B, Building 3775, of BERMUDA BAY BEACH CONDOMINIUMS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5416, Page 1159, and any amendments thereto, and according to Condominium Plat Book 64, Page 74 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with and subject, however, to all of the provisions of the said Declaration of Condominium of BERMUDA BAY BEACH CONDOMINIUMS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
