GAINEY; CUSH NAHSHON; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; VILLA ROSA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLA ROSA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMERICAN EXPRESS; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; DISCOVER BANK; CACH, LLC; LVNV FUNDING, LLC A/K/A LVNV FUNDING; TENANT #1 N/K/A TREY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
