NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated January 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-004869, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EVERBANK, is Plaintiff, and PAUL E. ESTRIDGE, JR.; JUDITH A. ESTRIDGE A/K/A JUDY ESTRIDGE; BILLY CREEK ASSOCIATES, LLC; MARITANA COURT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A MARITANA COURT ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 1st day of March, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO. 1, MARITANA COURT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 101, PAGES 51 THROUGH 53, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6836, PAGE 2363, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of records as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
