Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure to Include Sale of Mobile Home, in Case No. 12-007276-CO-40, in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which RANCH MOBILE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are KENNETH N. KIRBY, DECEASED; DOLORES D. KIRBY, DECEASED; MICHAEL; K. KIRBY; MARILYN A. SCAMAHORN; and KRISTI M. HERWIG. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure to Include Sale of Mobile Home:
The mobile home located on Lot 243, 110 Swan Road, Clearwater, Florida 33764, identified as 1964 MONT HS, VIN 36882, Florida Title Number 1711492, which is located in the mobile home community commonly referred to as Ranch Mobile, Inc., as well as other goods, chattels, or other personal property located on the lot.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
