NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-016023 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and JOHN LOPRESTI A/K/A JOHN J. LOPRESTI; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; THE ESTATES OF LAKEVIEW VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; FYM, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A YOLANDA WILLIAMS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.comat 10:00AM, on 03/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
