NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 12-2975-CI-13 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 104, Building A, PHASE IV OF BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM I, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 6050, Page 854, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 86, Page 52, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records Pinellas County, Florida, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
